  I see the other 5 star ratings and hope it was just our account that always had mistakes, no follow through. Over several years my wife and I had numerous problems with this office. Managers and employees. Coverage that was supposed to be in place never processed. Policy expired and never notified by the office. Always apologies. Wrong coverage on motorcycle. It was supposed to be full coverage. I paid a lot money. Found out when I canceled I only had liability!!! I don't recommend this office. I know other people that left them also for the same reasons. Last point: I went to another company and saved over $ 481.00 dollars a year. Better service to boot! Also look at all the other reviews have only 1 review. fishy

  I can't speak highly enough of Mike Smith and the service that I have gotten through State Farm. Mike is the kind of guy who will be there when you need him, break down the options of the industry in simple terms that allow any customer to make a confident decision. I don't hesitate to call for any thing that I need. He is professional, extremely smart and knowledgeable. On top of all that, it never feels like Mike is pushing me to spend more than I should. Two thumbs up.
